4) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"4) exercises control of veterinary medicines, feed additives, devices, tools, and also the organization of carrying out approbation, registration testing of veterinary medicines, feed additives and maintaining their state registers;";

add with subitems 13-1), 13-2), 13-3), 13-4), 13-5), 13-6) and 13-7) of the following content:

"13-1) distributes, exercises the state veterinary health control and supervision of storage, transportation (delivery) and use of the veterinary medicines which were purchased according to budget programs, including their republican inventory;

13-2) keeps veterinary account and the reporting and represents them according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of veterinary science;

13-3) exercises the state veterinary health control and supervision of the organization and accomplishment of veterinary actions;
