1) in Article 117:

2) in Article 286:

e) concerning the minor;

e) from mercenary or other personal interest, -

are punished by imprisonment for a period of three up to ten years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years.";

b) add with parts four and heel of the following content:

"4. The acts provided by parts one, the second or third this Article, made using torture -

are punished by imprisonment for a period of four up to twelve years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to ten years.

5. The acts provided by part four of this Article, which entailed on imprudence the death of the victim or causing severe harm to his health -

are punished by imprisonment for a period of eight up to fifteen years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to twenty years.";
