Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of June 24, 1998 No. 89-FZ "About production wastes and consumption" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 26, Art. 3009; 2001, No. 1, Art. 21; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2009, No. 1, Art. 17; 2015, No. 1, Art. 11; 2016, No. 1, Art. 24; 2018, No. 1, Art. 87; No. 31, Art. 4861; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4127; No. 51, Art. 7483; No. 52, Art. 7768; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5184) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) the seventeenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"collection of waste - acceptance of waste for the purpose of their further processings, utilizations, neutralizations, placements;";

b) add with the paragraph of the following content:

"secondary resources - waste which or parts of which can be repeatedly used for production of goods, performance of works, rendering services or receipt of energy and which are received as a result of separate accumulating, collection or processing of waste or are formed in production process.";

2) item 4 of article 14 after the word "requirements" to add with the words "including to warehousing methods, rooms in which warehousing, to the equipment used to warehousing of waste and their components, to restrictions on terms of accumulating and storage of waste is performed";

Item 1 of Article 14.4 after the word of "objects" to add 3) with the word "utilizations";

Chapter III to add 4) with Article 17.1 of the following content:

"Article 17.1. Requirements to the address with secondary resources

1. Waste which or parts of which can be repeatedly used for production of goods, performance of works, rendering services or receipt of energy according to this Federal Law can be referred to secondary resources.
