About modification of the Procedure for reimbursation of medicines
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make change to the Procedure for reimbursation of medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 28, 2021 No. 854 "Some questions of reimbursation of medicines according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 67, Art. 4230; 2022, No. 25, of the Art. 1343), having excluded Item 2-1.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since July 15, 2022.
