About modification of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" concerning refining of separate provisions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. 11 parts five of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2019 No. 45, of Art. 289 with subsequent changes) to state Item in the following edition:

"11) the services necessary for implementation of national debt management and the debt guaranteed by the state, attraction of borrowings under the state guarantees, servicing and repayment of the borrowings involved under the state guarantees, transactions with debt obligations which arose on the borrowings involved under the state guarantees, and also placements of the state derivatives, implementation of payments for the state derivatives and/or transactions with the state derivatives".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. In a month from the date of publication of this Law to provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
