About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning optimization of employment relationships

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):

Article 23 to add 1) with part three of the following content:

"The employer shall inform the workers working according to the terminal employment contract on vacancies which correspond to their qualification and provide possibility of the conclusion of the termless employment contract, and also to provide equal opportunities of such workers for its conclusion";

The text of Article 29 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Prior to work the employer shall inform by the method approved with the worker the worker relatively:

1) places of employment (information on the employer, including its location), labor function which the worker (position and the list of job responsibilities), start dates of performance of work shall carry out;

2) certain workplace, providing with means, necessary for work;

3) rights and obligations, working conditions;

4) availability on workplace of dangerous and harmful production factors which are not eliminated yet, and possible effects of their influence on health, and also about the right to privileges and compensations for work in such conditions according to the legislation and the collective agreement - under list;

5) employment policies and procedures or conditions of establishment of operating mode, working hours and rest, and also about provisions of the collective agreement (in case of its conclusion);

6) passings of instructing in labor protection, production sanitation, occupational health and fire-proof protection;

7) the organizations of professional training of workers (if such training is provided);

8) durations of annual leave, conditions and amount of compensation;

9) procedures and terms of the warning of the termination of the employment contract established by this Code to which the worker and the employer shall adhere.
