About introduction of amendments to the Law on social integration of persons with limited opportunities No. 60/2012
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on social integration of persons with limited opportunities No. 60/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 155-159, 508), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Add Article 36 with part (2-1) following of content:
"(2-1) State partially subsidize the National center of informing and rehabilitation of public association "Association of blind persons of Moldova" and public association "Republican Recreation center of deafs of Moldova" for simplification of access for persons with limited opportunities to cultural objects and actions.".
2. In part (Article 49 of the word "and residences (areas/municipium)" to exclude 4).
Art. II. - To the government in two-month time from the date of publication of this law in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to bring the regulations into accord with it.
