Item 6 (1) the Regulations on Russian Government Commission on Foreign Investments approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 6, 2008 No. 510 "About Russian Government Commission on Foreign Investments" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 28, Art. 3382; 2022, No. 11, of the Art. 1689) to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of temporary absence of certain members of subcommittee (because of temporary disability, leave, to other reasonable excuses) the commission chairman or his deputy can temporarily designate the member of subcommittee the other person, having specified the term of its appointment. At the same time by the member of subcommittee only person from among officials of public authorities or the Central bank of the Russian Federation which representative is absent can be temporarily designated.".
