Article 1

Bring in article 8 of the Federal Law of December 28, 2009 No. 381-FZ "About bases of state regulation of trading activity in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 1, Art. 2; 2018, No. 1, Art. 71; 2021, No. 1, Art. 39; No. 27, Art. 5182) following changes:

To add 1) with part 9.1 following of content:

"9.1. Till December 31, 2022 in connection with introduction concerning the Russian Federation of rationing arrangements of economic nature the Government of the Russian Federation has the right to establish procedure for input in turnover, the turnover and conclusion from turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification without drawing funds of identification for them in some cases.";

Part 10 to add 2) with words ", except as specified, provided by part 9.1 of this Article".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
