To exclude 1) in subitem 22 of the word "in the Russian Federation";

To add 2) with subitem 22.1 of the following content:

"22. 1) for issue to the foreign citizen or stateless person of permission to temporary residence for the purpose of education - 1 600 rubles;".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
