About modification of some Orders of the Government
The government DECIDES:
1. In Item 2-1 of the Order of the Government No. 960/2017 on enforcement of the Law No. 109/2017 on border measures, customs control and about providing tax regime within joint control at check points through the Moldavian-Ukrainian frontier (2017, Art. No. 390-395, 1068), with subsequent changes, the text "on June 30, 2022" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the text "on January 31, 2023".
2. In the Order of the Government No. 1232/2016 about some questions of introduction of oil products through eastern frontier (2016, Art. No. 388-398, 1327), with subsequent changes, the text "on June 30, 2022" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the text "on January 31, 2023".
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
