About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 45 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to Articles 5, 6 Laws of Ukraine "About consumer crediting", for the purpose of creation of premises for implementation of paperless technologies in the financial sector, and also enhancements of the regulatory legal acts Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the organization of internal audit in banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 10, 2016 No. 311 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the subitem 5 of Item 18 of the Section IV of the word "documents, including" shall be replaced with words "documents (in case of their provision on papers), to do";

2) in the Section VII:

the fifth Item 34 to exclude the paragraph;

to add the Section after Item 34 with two new Items 34-1, 34-2 of the following content:

"34-1. The documents provided by this Provision move in National Bank one of the following methods:

1) on papers with simultaneous submission of electronic copies of these documents without imposing of the qualified digital signature (further - electronic copies of documents, the CAP respectively);

2) in electronic form, signed by imposing the CAP, or the electronic copy of the document certified the CAP - on official electronic mailbox of National Bank or other means of electronic communication which are used by National Bank for electronic document management.
