About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Item b) parts (2) article 2 of the Law on regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 200/2010 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 179-181, 610), with subsequent changes, after words "anti-terrorist forming," to add with the words "and also to representatives of foreign and international specialized agencies".
Art. II. - In the Law on frontier of the Republic of Moldova No. 215/2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 76-80, 243), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Add Article 7 with part (7) the following content:
"(7) based on international treaties which party is the Republic of Moldova the actions within the border control system specified in part (1), can be performed under control of authorities of the Republic of Moldova by representatives of foreign and international specialized agencies in the limits provided by these agreements with observance of the national legal system of the Republic of Moldova.".
2. Part (2) articles 16 after words "using protection", to add with the words "and also representatives of the foreign and international specialized agencies specified in part (7) Articles 7,".
Art. III. - Part (1) article 29 of the Law on the mode of weapon and ammunition of civil appointment No. 130/2012 (2012, Art. No. 222-227, 721), with subsequent changes, after words "participations in" to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with words "the collateral actions provided by international treaties which party is the Republic of Moldova, participations in".
Art. IV. - Item c) article 3 of the Law on procedure for use of physical force, special means and firearms No. 218/2012 (2012, 836), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 254-262, in the following edition:
