1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of subordinated divisions of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 10, 2021 No. 302 the following changes:

in Regulations on the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the specified resolution:

- in the paragraph the thirteenth the subitem 1, paragraphs first, second and third the subitem 3 of Item 12 to replace the word "violations" in different cases with the word "offenses" in the corresponding cases;

- add Item 13 with subitem 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1) to request, collect, to process, store, use, transfer and to protect information on legal entities and physical persons, irrespective of patterns of ownership, including information of personal nature concerning workers and employees of GTS, necessary for accomplishment of the tasks and functions assigned to it, according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of personal data;";

- in the subitem 1 of Item 16 of the word "including the vice-chairman on digital development" to exclude;
