The owner of premises has the right to obtain address reference information concerning persons registered in the place of stay or at the place of residence in the premises belonging to it on the property right in the amount provided by paragraphs the second, third and fifth (regarding data on registration date at the place of residence (the place of stay) of part eleven of this Article, without their consent. The procedure for provision of address reference information and procedure for the organization and conducting address and help work are established by federal executive body in the field of internal affairs.".
