Some questions of appointment and payment of social grants to students (cadets) of organizations of professional and higher education

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for appointment and payment of social grants of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for job seekers of professional and higher education which is applied.
2. Determine that in 2022:
the social grants of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appointed according to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2021 No. 1798 "About purpose of social grants of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to students of higher educational institutions from among orphan children and children from needy families for 2022" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 4, Art. 275), are paid from January 1 to December 31 in the sizes established by the Procedure approved by Item 1 of this resolution;
social grants of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for job seekers of professional and higher education are appointed since September 1 for a period of one calendar year within the quantity of grants determined by the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of October 24, 2002 No. 218-IV "About organization of social grants of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for job seekers of professional prehigher and higher education", and established by the Ministry of Education and Science for the relevant central executive bodies which sphere of management organizations of professional prehigher and higher education, quotas, taking into account quantity of such grants appointed according to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2021 No. 1798 "About purpose of social grants of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to students of institutions of higher education from among orphan children and children from needy families for 2022" treat.
