add the Section "Protection and Rational Use of Natural Vegetable Resources" with Items 46-2 and 46-3 of the following content:
"46-2. Conducting the state accounting and inventory of flora.
46-3. Maintaining the Green book of Ukraine.";
state Item 51 in the following edition:
"51. Conducting the state accounting and inventory of fauna.".
