1. In the Regulations about transactions of bank with persons affiliated to it approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 240/2013 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 17-23, to the Art. 97) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova on January 15, 2014 at No. 955, to make the following changes:

"4) the transaction with affiliates represents any money transfer or any contractual commitment between the affiliated parties to bank and bank irrespective of, it is levied or not payment, except for the transactions/transactions concerning:

a) sales/purchases of currency cash in limits which do not provide identification of person according to the Law No. 308/2017 on the prevention and anti-money laundering and terrorism financing;

b) transfers through money transfer systems;

c) replenishments of accounts;

d) collections/payments of percent/commission charges, payments connected with кредитами/размещениями/депозитами/займами;

e) the transfers connected with the salary and/or benefits;

f) removals from accounts;
