About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Land code No. 828/1991 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, of the Art. 817), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. Item b) article 36 parts two after the words "anti-erosive lakes" to add with words of "water storage basin for collection of the storm waters used for irrigation".

2. In Article 73:

in part one of the word "specified in Item a)" shall be replaced with words "specified in Items a), c) and d)";

in part two of the word "for the purpose of, stipulated in Item c) Article parts two 36, owner of land" shall be replaced with words "for the purpose of, provided by Items c) and d) Article parts two 36, the owner of land or the owner of the earth with the consent of the owner".

Art. II. - In the Law on water No. 272/2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 81, of the Art. 264), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 25:

in part (4) the words "30-day term from the date of receipt of the statement by the relevant organization to report them" shall be replaced with words "15-day term from the date of receipt of the statement by the relevant organization to report about them";

in part (the words "in 30-day time" shall be replaced with words 5) "in 20-day time".

2. Add Article 27 with part (3-1) following of content:

"(3-1) V zone of servicing of the functioning centralized irrigating system nature protection permission to special water use are issued to irrigational associations and legal subjects, representatives to manage centralized irrigational infrastructure.".

3. Add Article 29 with part (3) the following content:

"(3) in the presence of several cessionaries the competent organization registers concession of nature protection permission to special water use separately for each of them based on the deed of conveyance of the right to use signed by cessionaries.".
