For the purpose of expansion of opportunities of persons with HIV the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides to be adoptive parents, guardians (custodians) and adoptive parents, in pursuance of the Decision of the Constitutional chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 27, 2021, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic":

1) in Regulations on the procedure for transfer of children on adoption (adoption) to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and foreign citizens approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 13 with subitem 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1) medical certificate of person living with HIV infection, AIDS about effective continuous medical observation, including performing specific anti-virus therapy, according to appendix 2 to this Provision;";

- add with appendix 2 in edition according to appendix to this resolution;

2) in the List of diseases in the presence of which person cannot be adoptive father, the guardian (custodian) and the adoptive parent, approved by the above-stated resolution:
