The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part third of article 151 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine (2017, No. 48, the Art. 436) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 10 of the following content:
"10) suspension of the order or the order of the commander (chief) made to the serviceman in the conditions of warlike situation or in fighting situation".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
