Art. I. - In appendix to the Law on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state, No. 668/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 78-80, 572), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

in line item "Educational-experimental stations of the State agricultural university of Moldova, all" figures of "2839,67" to replace with figures of "2837,17";

in line item of "Kriulen" of figure "435" to replace with figures of "432,5";

in line item "In total" to replace figures of "21858,0002" with figures of "21855,5002".

Art. II. - Zemli Ploshchad of 2,5 of hectare, excluded according to article I, remain in management of the state company "Educational-experimental Station Kriulen" for workshop construction for conversion of the offal of animal origin which is not intended for consumption by the person.

Art. III. - In departure from provisions of Article 83 of the Land code No. 828/1991 and article 12 of the Law on standard price and procedure for purchase and sale of the earth No. 1308/1997 to resolve withdrawal from agricultural turnover of especially valuable farmlands having estimative point of natural fertility more 60, Ploshchad 2,5 of the hectare located behind line of Kriulen of the area Kriulen according to changes, stipulated in Article the I this law and construction on these lands of the workshop on conversion of the offal of animal origin which is not intended for consumption by the person. The losses caused by conclusion of the respective lands from category of lands of agricultural purpose are not compensated.
