About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy" concerning settlement of the relations selling electrical energy electric power producers according to bilateral agreements
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Item 6 parts two of article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 27-28, of Art. 312; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of April 15, 2021 No. 1396-IX) to state in the following edition:
"6) electric power producers (except electric power producers to whom the "green" rate is established and electric power producers who by results of auction acquired the right to support) perform sale of electrical energy according to bilateral agreements only at electronic auctions which procedure for carrying out affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
