About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine on introduction in the natural gas market of accounting and calculations for gas amount in energy units concerning the term of entry into force

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1) in Item 7-2 of the Section VII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 27, Art. 234; 2022, 5, the Art. 30) words and figures "till May 1, 2022" shall be replaced with words No. also in figure "till the May 1 following date of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine";

2) in paragraphs the twelfth and thirteenth the subitem 9 of Item 3 of the Section I, in Items 1-4, 9 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine on introduction in the natural gas market of accounting and calculations for gas amount in energy units" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2022, No. 5, Art. 30; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of December 16, 2021 No. 1974-IX) of figure and the word "May 1, 2022" to replace with figure and the words "on May 1, the termination following date or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine".
