About modification of the Section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" concerning simplification of placement of technical means of electronic communications

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. "On regulation of town-planning activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 34, of Art. 343 with subsequent changes) to add the Section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 6-5 of the following content:

"6-5. Determine that till January 1, 2026 action of paragraphs of the first - the fifth the part three of article 24 of this Law does not extend to provision cases in use of the parcels of land of the area to hectare 0,05 at the expense of the lands of the state-owned or utility property located within villages and settlements and outside settlements (except especially valuable lands and lands referred to category of lands of improving appointment, recreational appointment, forest fund, and also lands in borders of green zones of settlements, the intra quarter territories (the territories of interdistrict gardening, elements of improvement, sports grounds, platforms of rest and social servicing of the population) for placement, construction, operation and servicing of base stations of mobile communication, other technical means and/or constructions of electronic communications (except linear) electronic communication networks.

Change of purpose of the parcel of land which is provided in use for the purposes determined by this Item is forbidden. Non-compliance with this requirement is the basis for the forced termination of right to use by the parcel of land judicially".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
