About modification of article 51 of the Law on housing No. 75/2015

Art. I. - Article 51 of the Law on housing No. 75/2015 (2015, Art. No. 131-138, 249), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (4-1) following of content:
"(4-1) Persons with heavy restrictions of opportunities confined to the bed are exempted from service fee on servicing of elevators and the electric power used for their functioning.".
Art. II. - To the government in 30-day time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
