About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on quality in construction No. 721/1996 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 25, of the Art. 259), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In part (Article 7 of the word "the certifying commission created" shall be replaced with words 4) "the certifying commissions created".
2. In Article 10:

3. Add Article 21 with parts (4) - (7) the following content:
