About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather social protection of faces of the private and the commanding structure and conditions of service of civil protection

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Part the sixth Article 119 of the Labor code of Ukraine (1971, appendix to No. 50, 375) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR to the Art. in the following edition:

"The guarantees specified in part three of this Article do not extend to persons of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection, and regarding preserving place of employment, position - also to persons holding elective offices in local government bodies and which term of office expired".

2. In the Code of civil protection of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 34-35, 458):

Article 102 to add 1) with part six of the following content:

"6. For needs of bodies and divisions of civil protection of civil protection citizens of Ukraine from among persons can be employed, dismissed from service civil protection which did not reach age limit of stay on service of civil protection and are recognized as the central medical commission of experts of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of civil protection, unsuitable for service for health reasons owing to disease, the wound (injury, contusion, injuries) sustained during service that led to establishment by it of disability, partial disability without disability establishment (except the intellectual, touch, psychological shortcomings, frustration of mentality, behavior and other diseases determined by the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of civil protection).
