About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Part (2) Article 307 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 225/2003 (repeated publication: 2018, Art. No. 285-294, 436), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the offer:

"Lack of the conclusion of extrajudicial psychiatric examination is not the basis for leaving without movement of the statement for establishment of measure of judicial protection or for its variation.".

Art. II. - In the Law on judicial examination and the status of the court expert No. 68/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 157-162, 316), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (Article 25 to add 5) with Item d) the following content:

"d) when implementing of the protection of judicial or extrajudicial examination of persons made for the purpose of establishment of measures with the serious mental diseases connected with complete or partial obezdvizhennost.".

2. Add Article 75 with part (5-1) following contents:

"(5-1) Expenses on the judicial examinations made for the purpose of establishment of measure of protection become covered from the government budget.".
