Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2015 No. 345-Z "About public-private partnership" the following changes:
1. In Article 1:
in Item 1:
the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the project of public-private partnership - the complex of actions concerning infrastructure facility including implementation of investments into creation and (or) upgrade of infrastructure facility, including designing (if necessary), and also in maintenance and (or) operation of this object, answering to the purposes, tasks and the principles determined by this Law;";
the ninth after the words "conditions" and "public-private partnership" to add the paragraph respectively with the words "and procedure" and ", and also in case of its change and termination";
the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

2. State Article 4 in the following edition:
"Article 4. Legal regulation of the relations in the field of public-private partnership
1. The relations in the field of public-private partnership are governed by the legislation on public-private partnership, and also international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.
