Article 1. The State Emblem of the Russian Federation is official state symbol of the Russian Federation.

The State Emblem of the Russian Federation represents quadrangular, with the rounded-off bottom corners, the red heraldic board pointed in extremity with the gold two-headed eagle who raised up the dismissed wings. Article 3. The State Emblem of the Russian Federation in multi-color option is located on forms:

Federal constitutional Laws and Federal Laws;

decrees and orders of the President of the Russian Federation;

resolutions of the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation;

resolutions of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation;

resolutions and orders of the Government of the Russian Federation;

solutions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation;

decisions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation;
