According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", to No. 2102-IX approved by the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for licensing of banks and minimization of negative impact of effects of military aggression of the Russian Federation the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 22, 2018 No. 149 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of banks" (with changes) the following changes:
1) in item 4:
in paragraph one of the subitem 1 of figure "2022" to replace with figures "2023";
in paragraph one of the subitem 2 of figure "2023" to replace with figures "2024";
in subitem 3 "July, 2024" to replace the word and figures with the word and figures "January, 2025";
