About modification and amendments in Regulations on honorary title of Turkmenistan "Ene mahri"

Bring in Regulations on honorary title of Turkmenistan "Ene mahri" approved by the Law of Turkmenistan "About organization of honorary title of Turkmenistan "Ene mahri" of March 3, 2008 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2008, No. 1, Art. 18; 2018, No. 4, Art. 99; Sheets Millie Gengesha of Turkmenistan, 2021, No. 4, Art. 137), following change and amendment:

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Representation to assignment of honorary title of Turkmenistan "Ene mahri" is performed by local executive bodies at the actual place of residence of the represented mother.

The residence of mother is determined according to the Civil code of Turkmenistan.";

add Item 7 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of the death of mother which gives honorary title of Turkmenistan by "Ene mahri", the right of members of her family to free use of water, gas, the electric power and the housing and communal services specified in paragraph one of this Item remains until the last child of mother does not reach age of majority.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
