1. Determine that:

1.1. the statement for commodity exportation from duty-free shop (further - the application form for export) is filled in for customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union according to the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, taking into account the following features:

the customs applicant of customs procedure of duty-free trade submitting the application for export in customs authority fills in columns 1, of 3, of 5, of 14, of 16, of 22, of 23, 30-34, 38, 40-42, 44, of 46, 54;

in the column 1 "Declaration":

in the first subsection of the column the alphabetic IM code is specified;

in the second subsection of the column the alphabetic MV code is specified;

in the third subsection of the column the alphabetic ED code is specified;

in the column 40 "General Declaration / Prior Document" are specified registration number of the declaration goods according to which goods of the Eurasian Economic Union were placed under customs procedure of duty-free trade (further - DT BT), and through divider sign "/":

sequence number of such goods from the first subsection of column 32 DT BT;
