About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of Turkmenistan "About anti-corruption"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About anti-corruption" of March 1, 2014 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2014, No. 1, Art. 35; 2017, No. 3, Art. 107, No. 4, Art. 147; 2019, No. 1, Art. 10; Sheets Millie Gengesha of Turkmenistan, 2021, Art. No. 2-3, 49) following amendments and changes:

add Article 3 with Items of the following content:

"9) anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and projects of regulatory legal acts - the examination which is carried out for the purpose of identification and elimination of corruptogenic regulations in regulatory legal acts and projects of regulatory legal acts;

10) corruptogenic regulations - the provisions of regulatory legal acts and projects of regulatory legal acts setting for the law enforcement official unreasonably wide limits of discretion or possibility of unreasonable application of exceptions of general rules, and also the provisions containing uncertain, exigeant and burdensome requirements to physical persons and legal entities and by that the creating conditions for the offenses connected with corruption.";
