"Article 25.2. Features of repayment of registration record about mortgage in the conditions of unfriendly actions of foreign states
1. In case of non-presentation in stipulated in Clause the 25th this Federal Law cases and procedure for repayment of registration record about the mortgage established in providing the obligation according to the credit agreement (loan agreement), statements with the pawnbroker (including the legal owner of the mortgage) who is the foreign person (the foreign persons including who are not affiliated with each other) connected with foreign state, the territory which make concerning the Russian Federation of the Russian legal entities and physical persons unfriendly actions (including if such foreign person has nationality of this state, place of registration of such foreign person is this state), registration record about mortgage is settled according to the statement of the pledger in case of confirmation of execution of the obligation to such pawnbroker provided with mortgage by it.
For the purposes of realization of provisions of this Article the list of the foreign states and the territories making concerning the Russian Federation, the Russian legal entities and physical persons unfriendly actions approved by the Government of the Russian Federation is applied.
2. The pledger at least in one month prior to filing of application, Item 1 of this Article specified in paragraph one, sends to the pawnbroker according to the procedure, the stipulated in Article 55.2 presents of the Federal Law, the notification on intention to submit such application.
