About marking of goods control (latent) brands
Accepted by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on October 5, 2006
Article 1. For the purpose of accounting enhancement, and also prevention of clandestine importation and turnover of counterfeit goods to enter marking of goods control (latent) brands.
Article 2. Marking of goods control (latent) brands is performed according to the list determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in coordination with special-purpose committee of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Article 3. Issue, accounting and control of marking application by control (latent) brands of goods are performed:
- on the goods imported on customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic specified in the list - state body on customs affairs;
- on the goods made in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic specified in the list - state body of Tax Service.
Control of availability of control (latent) brands on goods in the domestic market of the Kyrgyz Republic is exercised by authorized monitoring bodies.
Article 4. Marking by control (latent) brands is performed by producers and importers of goods.
The procedure for storage, production, realization, accounting, control, and also the procedure, conditions and terms of marking of goods control (latent) brands are determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Article 5. To provide to the government of the Kyrgyz Republic reduction of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law and to take measures for its realization.
Article 6. This Law becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
