About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 8, the Art. 323) the following changes:

1) in all text of the Law the word "Government" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "Cabinet of Ministers" in the corresponding cases;

Article 29 to add 2) with part three of the following content:

"Involvement in political actions of teachers of the educational organizations is forbidden.";

Article 38 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Article 38. Management of the educational organizations

Management of the educational organizations is based on the principles of democratization, decentralization, independence and self-government.

Forms of comanaging by the educational organizations are general meeting, trustee, scientific, pedagogical and other councils or committees. The procedure for the choice of bodies of comanaging and their competence, differentiation of powers between council and the head of the educational organization are determined by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the charter of the educational organization. Direct management of the educational organization is performed by the rector, the director, the manager or other head (administrator).
