DECISION OF BOARD OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 25, 2018 No. 219

According to item 4 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix № 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 5 of appendix № 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 25, 2018 No. 219 the following changes:

a) Item 70 of the list of the international and regional (interstate) standards, and in case of their absence - national (state) standards as a result of which application on voluntary basis observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles" is provided (TR CU 018/2011) approved by the specified Decision to state in the following edition:

it is applied till 31.12.2022";

GOST P 53165-2020 (MEK 60095-1:2018) "Batteries starter lead-acid. Part 1. General requirements and test methods"

 

GOST 33667-2015 "Automotive vehicles. Tips of wires to conclusions of rechargeable batteries and starters. Technical requirements and test methods"
