1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of conducting transactions with the primary goods containing precious metals" of September 14, 2017 No. 570 the following changes:

Item 1-1 to declare 1) invalid;

2) according to the procedure of export from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and import to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the ores, concentrates and waste containing precious metals and the accompanying extracted metals, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in paragraph four of item 4 of the word "inspection company" shall be replaced with words "The central laboratory of authorized body on subsurface use";

- in Item 6:

state subitem 1 in the following edition:

"1) classification - the establishment of content and amount of precious metals and the accompanying extracted metals in ores, concentrates and waste (technogenic educations) including inspection of selection of representative tests (samples) of primary goods and the procedure of testing of representative tests (samples). In case of inspection for the exact analysis of commodity accounting sampling for all types of concentrates from 1 ton to 10 tons in one joint test is made. For ore from one car to 80 tons - one joint test, and for cargo cars - one joint test;";

- state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. For the purpose of classification process passing the applicant addresses to the Central laboratory of authorized body on subsurface use.";
