About entering of amendments into the Law "About Hydrometeorological Activities"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 4, 2022

Article 1. No. ZR-145 "About hydrometeorological activities" (further – the Law) to add article 2 of the Law of February 7, 2001 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the state register of producers hydrometeorological information (further – the state register) – set of the bodies and persons identified by the Items and "v" part 1 of article 12 of this Law, done by them works and the rendered services, and also data on information, stipulated in Clause 20.".

Article 2. To add article 10 of the Law with the Item "g" of the following content:

"d) establishes procedure for maintaining the state register of producers of hydrometeorological information, inclusion in the state register of information on the producers of hydrometeorological information done by them works and the rendered services, and also about the hydrometeorological phenomena and processes.".

Article 3. To add article 11 of the Law with the Item "p" of the following content:

"o) maintaining the state register of producers of hydrometeorological information.".

Article 4. Final part and transitional provision

1. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.

2. The procedure, the stipulated in Clause 2 presents of the Law, is accepted within six months after entry into force of this Law.
