1. To chiefs of Southeast interregional management of the Ministry of Justice (Dnieper), the Southern interregional management of the Ministry of Justice (Odessa), East interregional management of the Ministry of Justice (Kharkiv), Northeast interregional management of the Ministry of Justice (Sumy) on permanent basis before recovery to provide to subordinate departments of state registration of acts of civil status of access to the State register of acts of civil status of citizens:

1) production of state registration of the acts of civil status of electronic copies by subordinate departments (the scanned copies, photocopies) of assembly records of civil status which are drawn up by them without use of the State register of acts of civil status of citizens, and also the assembly records of civil status constituted by executive bodies of the village, settlement, city councils and transferred corresponding department of state registration of acts of civil status no later than three working days from the date of their creation (receipt);
