About modification and amendments in the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption"

Article 1. In article 40.1 of the Law of June 9, 2017 No. ZR-96 "About the Commission on prevention of corruption" (further – the Law):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part 10 of the word "but no later than within three days" "but no later than within three days after adoption of the relevant decision,";

2) in the first offer of part 11 of the word "but no later than three-day term" shall be replaced with words "but no later than three-day term after adoption of the relevant decision";

Shall be replaced with words 3) in part 14 of the word "within 15 days" "within 30 days", and the words "June 15" - the words "June 30";

Part 14 to add 4) with the new offer of the following content: "In the case provided by part 2 of this Article and also in need of obtaining and studying of the necessary data, documents or additional materials provided by parts 3-6 of this Article, the decision of the Commission review period of annual accounts of the batch having the right to public financing it can be prolonged for a period of up to 60 days.";

To add 5) with part 15 of the following content:

"15. The procedure for test of annual accounts of batches is established by the Commission.".
