About measures for support of training of women in the highest and professional educational institutions

For the purpose of creation of optimum conditions for the women wishing to study in educational institutions and also support of system increase in their scientific potential and qualification:

1. Take into consideration that according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 7, 2022 No. UP-87 "About Measures for Further Acceleration of Work on System Family Support and Women" from 2022/2023 academic years implements system of assignment of the Government budget to commercial banks for the purpose of financing on favorable terms of the educational credits for training of women in all private, foreign, public highest and professional educational institutions in the republic on day to education forms on paid and contractual basis.

Determine that:

commercial banks grant the educational loans at the rate of 14 percent at the expense of the deposit facilities placed by the Ministry of Economics and finance;

the main part of the educational credit is repaid within 7 years, since seventh month after the official termination of term of training of the student;

repayment of interest rates for the educational credits is made by fund on financing of the educational credits in case of the Ministry of Economics and finance (further - Fund) by payment in commercial banks;

in case of registration and repayment of the educational credit participation of members of the family of the student and other third parties having the permanent income as co-borrowers is allowed;

for allocation of the educational credits to women from the families included in the information system "Unified Register of Social Protection" or the information module "Register of Poor Families", pledge and the guarantee are not required.

1-1. The educational credit since 2024/2025 academic years is allocated to students of the second and older year on average value of assimilation of disciplines (grade point average):
