About modification and amendments in the Labor code of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. Bring in the Labor code of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 23, 2016 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2016, No. 7, the Art. 604) the following changes and amendments:

- has criminal record for making of crimes of terrorist and extremist nature, other heavy and especially serious crimes;

- has diseases which list is approved by authorized state body in the field of health care and social protection of the population.".

6. Regarding the 2nd Article 312 to "owner" to replace the word with the word to "owner".
