Article 1. Bring in the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 1, the Art. 4, Art. 5; 2011, No. 12, Art. 840; 2012, No. 7, Art. 719; 2013, No. 3, Art. 180; 2015, No. 11, Art. 954; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 277; 2018, No. 1, Art. 7, No. 8, Art. 523; 2019, No. 1, Art. 7; 2020, Art. No. 4-5, 235, No. 12, Art. 905; 2022, No. 13, Art. 8), following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 39:

- in paragraph four the word and the sign "prosecutor" to exclude, to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"-prosecutor.".

2. In Article 51:

- add with part 6 of the following content:

"6. Participation of the prosecutor in hearing of cases on land and housing disputes, irrespective of appeal to the court, is obligatory.";

- respectively to consider part 6 part 7, having replaced the word and figure of "part 1" with the word and figures "parts 1 and 6";

- add with part 8 of the following content:
