being guided by the Contract between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan on eternal friendship of December 24, 1996,
considering that interstate integration is one of the most important elements of economic development,
proceeding from need of further strengthening and development equal and mutually advantageous trade and economic and relations of production, giving to them of long-term and steady nature, effective use of economic capacity of two states,
attaching importance to creation of conditions for phased transition to free movement of goods, services, the capitals and labor power,
being guided by the universally recognized norms and the principles of international law,
agreed as follows:
The parties enable program implementation of economic, scientific and technical and humanitarian cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2007-2011 (further hereinafter is referred to as - the Program) which is integral part of this Agreement.
Economic cooperation of the Parties is performed by mutually advantageous interaction between business entities of both states, irrespective of patterns of ownership and subordination, according to the conventional principles and rules of international law, international treaties which participants are the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also provisions of national legal systems of both states.
The parties will create favorable conditions for development of cooperation between business entities of the Parties and to investors in implementation of investment projects in the territory of both states, to creation of joint production structures according to the national legal system of the Parties.
