About recognition voided the resolutions "About Approval of the Regulations on Procedure for Realization of Coal at the Exchange Biddings"

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 18, 2020 "About additional measures for implementation of the advanced information technologies in activities of the commodity and raw exchanges and to consecutive development of electronic commerce" the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide No. 170:

1. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics and Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 12, 2008 No. 41 and 21 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for realization of coal at the exchange biddings" (рег. No. 1785 of April 7, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, Art. No. 14-15, 109).

2. This resolution is approved with the Central bank, the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Department of Energy, JSC Uzbekugol and JSC Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Exchange.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
