Item 1 of Article 3 to add 1) with subitem 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) the military personnel of bodies of the Federal Security Service including transferred to the reserve (resignation), who was carrying out tasks on reflection of the armed invasion on the territory of the Russian Federation and also during the armed provocation on Frontier of the Russian Federation and the border territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to areas of holding special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic since February 24, 2022;";

Article 4 to add 2) with subitem 2.1 of the following content:

"2. 1) the military personnel of bodies of the Federal Security Service who became disabled people owing to wound, contusions, mutilations or diseases got in case of accomplishment of tasks on reflection of the armed invasion on the territory of the Russian Federation and also during the armed provocation on Frontier of the Russian Federation and the border territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to areas of holding special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic since February 24, 2022;".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
