About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning export control

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning export control.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning export control

1. In paragraph three of Item 2 of the Regulations on control over the implementation of obligations on guarantees of use of the imported and exported goods (services) of the double application in stated purposes approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers - the Governments of the Russian Federation of October 11, 1993 No. 1030 "About control over the implementation of obligations on guarantees of use of the imported and exported goods (services) of double application in stated purposes" (Collection of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 44, Art. 4199; The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 7, of the Art. 562) shall be replaced with words the words "approved by presidential decrees of the Russian Federation" "approved by orders of the Government of the Russian Federation".
